The new NFL league year begins on March 11th, when players can officially sign with teams. Who are the best available unrestricted free agents?

The offseason is here!

The NFL combine takes place in Indianapolis from February 23rd to March 2nd, and all NFL teams will gather to take a look at draft prospects. However, the combine is more than interviews and the underwear olympics. Trade talks intensify and teams figure out what their options are in free agency.

And that's what we'll do here today. Who are the best unrestricted free agents available come March? We're listing 100 of them.

Again, emphasis on "unrestricted." This list will not include any player who is an ERFA or RFA, as the teams who they played for last season still have control over those players.

The way I went about this list was ranking free agents at each position, then whittling the list down to 100, then attempting to rank every remaining player. It won't be perfect, simply because there are so many guys available at different positions, but I did my best.

Free agency is the time where everyone gets paid, that is, unless you're older. So this ranking encapsulates a combination of a few things:

-talent level

-position (value)

-age

-and talent

I try to stick with who are the best players, straight up. But other factors play into this.

Each player listed will have their age (as of Week 1 2026), a contract projection, and potential landing spots.

The landing spots are simply ideas that are based on fit and positional need. I underlined the team I could see the player signing with, or a fit I liked. There will be lots of repetition, and that is because I looked at a list of salary cap space (via overthecap.com) when going through teams. So the teams with the most cap space will be listed most often, and those teams with limited space may not find their names on here, even though each team will be under the cap by the start of the new league year.

DISCLAIMER:

This list will be updated as teams release notable players. I will not knock any players off this list, simply add on to the bottom. And players that are extended, franchise tagged*, or eventually signed will not be removed either, the article will just be edited with updated information.

*more information about franchise tags. The tag window is from February 17th to March 3rd.

Let's get into this ranking!

  1. George Pickens - Wide Receiver

Pickens is an All-Pro guy, one of the best WRs in the NFL. He's got elite contested catch ability, great run after catch ability, and is a matchup nightmare. He can change the life for any QB in the NFL. I'd give him an irresponsible amount of money.

I do think there's a good chance he is franchise tagged by Dallas.

  • 25 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $136M, $92M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Patriots, Titans, Cowboys

UPDATE: ✅

The Dallas Cowboys have officially franchise tagged WR George Pickens, per the NFL.

He will not hit the open market and is set to make around $27.2M guaranteed in 2026.

  1. Tyler Linderbaum - Center

Linderbaum is about the break the center market. It's shocking that the Ravens have let it get this far, but the All-Pro seems like he'll hit the market. He struggled more in pass-pro this season, but he can fix any OL when planted in the middle.

  • 26 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $84M, $54M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers, Patriots, Ravens

UPDATE: ✅

The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to a deal with C Tyler Linderbaum, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 3 years, $81M, with $60M guaranteed.

  1. Devin Lloyd - Linebacker

The former 1st round pick broke out in a big, and very real, way this season, becoming an All-Pro. Lloyd is one of the better cover LBs in the NFL and has great range all over the field. Good NFL LBs are rare, and it's even more rare for one to hit the market.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 5 years, $95M, $55 guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Titans, Commanders, Dolphins, Jaguars, Buccaneers

UPDATE: ✅

The Carolina Panthers have agreed to a deal with LB Devin Lloyd, per Mike Garafolo.

The contract is for 3 years, $45M, with $25M guaranteed.

  1. Alec Pierce - Wide Receiver

The best deep threat in the NFL is a free agent. Pierce averages over 18 yards per reception for his career. He has great deep speed, contested catch ability, strong hands, and good body control. His role is a bit more defined when compared to Pickens, but this is a great and rare skillset available.

  • 26 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $84M, $56M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Colts, 49ers, Ravens

UPDATE: ✅

The Indianapolis Colts have agreed to an extension with WR Alec Pierce, per Pat McAfee.

The deal is for 4 years, $116M, with $84M in guarantees.

  1. Khalil Mack - EDGE Rusher

The Hall of Famer still has it. Mack is an elite player off the edge who has split his career evenly with 3 different teams over 12 seasons. We'll see where the next year takes him, but he can still contribute like an elite player.

  • 35 years old

  • Contract: 1 years, $15M, $15M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers, Commanders, Seahawks, Bengals, 49ers, Ravens

UPDATE: ✅

The Los Angeles Chargers have agreed to an extension with EDGE Khalil Mack, per Ian Rapoport.

He will not hit the open market and the contract is for 1 year, $18M, fully guaranteed.

  1. Isaiah Likely - Tight End

Likely has been a backup over the first four seasons of his career, but has been efficient in his snaps. His 6'5, 250lb frame and length wingspan makes him a great redzone threat. If I had a young QB, getting a TE such as Likely would be a great addition.

  • 26 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $64M, $35M guaranteed

  • Teams: Patriots, Chargers, Broncos, Giants

UPDATE: ✅

The New York Giants have agreed to a deal with TE Isaiah Likely, per Tom Pelissero.

The deal is for 3 years, $40M, unknown guarantees.

  1. Trey Hendrickson - EDGE Rusher

An elite pass rusher coming off of a season where he played just 7 games. Hendrickson is a 4x Pro Bowler and has 4 seasons of 13+ sacks. He's a game changer off the edge. The question is, how much will a team pay him coming off an injured season at 31 years old?

  • 31 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $84M, $50 guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Commanders, Patriots, Ravens, Packers

UPDATE: ✅

The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to a deal with EDGE Trey Hendrickson, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 4 years, $112M, with $60M guaranteed.

  1. Breece Hall - Running Back

Hall is a very efficient rusher who can be a workhorse for any offense. He's a fantastic 3 down back, with a 76 reception season in 2023. He also averages over 8 ypc, which is great for a RB.

  • 25 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $50m, $25M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, Cardinals, Broncos, Panthers, Bears, Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The New York Jets have franchise tagged RB Breece Hall, per Tom Pelissero.

He will not hit the open market and is set to make over $14M guaranteed in 2026.

  1. Kenneth Walker - Running Back

The Super Bowl MVP is a free agent. Walker has never been my favorite RB, I find that he's not as willing to go downhill and prefers to bounce runs to the outside. However, this has dwindled over his career. He showed great patience in his elite playoff run, and even if he does bounce runs outside, Walker has the speed to get away with it.

  • 25 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $46M, $22M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, Seahawks, Panthers, Bears, Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to a deal with RB Kenneth Walker, per Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 3 years, $45M, with $28.7m guaranteed.

  1. John Franklin-Myers - Defensive Lineman

JFM is coming off a career stretch in his two years in Denver, transitioning more towards full-time on the interior DL. He is an effective pass rusher from the interior and is big enough at this point in his career(290lbs) to stay inside on run downs. He might be more effective as a defensive end in a 3-4 defense.

29 years old

Contract: 3 years, $64M, $45M guaranteed

Teams: Bengals, 49ers, Broncos, Falcons, Ravens, Giants, Bills

UPDATE: ✅

The Tennessee Titans have agreed to a deal with DL John Franklin-Myers, via Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 3 years, $63M, with $42M guaranteed.

  1. Jaylen Watson - Cornerback

The former 7th round pick is about to get paid. Watson is good sized at 6'2, 200lbs, with longer arms. He can fit in a variety of schemes and is lockdown, allowing just a 71 passer rating over the last two seasons. A solid tackler too, Watson will be heavily coveted.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $57M, $40M guaranteed

  • Teams: Bengals, Rams, Ravens, Dolphins, Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The Los Angeles Rams have agreed to a deal with CB Jaylen Watson, per Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 3 years, $51M, with $34M guaranteed.

  1. Daniel Jones - Quarterback

A 2019 1st round pick had arguably the best season of his career in Indianapolis. A fractured fibula and torn achilles may put a dent in the market for Jones, but I expect there to still be significant interest. Every team wants their Sam Darnold resurrection, and I think the contract will be similar.

  • 29 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $75M, $35M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Steelers, Colts, Falcons

UPDATE: ✅

The Indianapolis Colts have agreed to a deal with QB Daniel Jones, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 2 years, $100M, with $50M guaranteed.

  1. Dallas Goedert - Tight End

Still one of the better TEs in the NFL, Goedert is a consistent weapon. A good blocker and an extremely reliable receiver, even as he ages Goedert should have a solid market. He had his best season as a redzone weapon in 2025, totaling 11 TDs, a career high.

  • 31 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $36M, $23M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers, Bengals, Rams, Falcons, Panthers, Eagles

UPDATE: ✅

The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to a deal to re-sign TE Dallas Goedert, per ESPN.

The contract is for 1 year, $7m, guarantees unknown.

  1. Coby Bryant - Safety

A former 4th round pick who's already started 34 career games, Bryant is a versatile piece in the secondary. A college CB, Bryant still possesses strong coverage skills, but has transitioned to a safety in the NFL. He can play all over the field, and can deliver a strong blow when tackling.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $42M, $26M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, Seahawks, Steelers, Rams, 49ers

UPDATE: ✅

The Chicago Bears have agreed to a deal with S Coby Bryant, per Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 3 years, $40M, with $25.75M guaranteed.

  1. Travis Etienne - Running Back

Etienne has been good at the NFL level. He's capable of playing all 3 downs, with solid production in the receiving game in his career(season average of 43 rec for 345 yds). The efficiency hasn't always been the best, but Etienne is good enough to be an upgrade for most teams in the NFL.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $36M, $22M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, Cardinals, Bears, Jaguars, Texans

UPDATE: ✅

The New Orleans Saints have agreed to a deal with RB Travis Etienne, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 4 years, $52M, with $28M guaranteed.

  1. Kyle Pitts - Tight End

The former 1st rounder has gotten a bit better each year and is still incredibly young. Pitts is a mismatch in the receiving game and not a half bad blocker. The reason to sign Pitts is because he can line up in so many spots. Half of last season in Atlanta he was lining up out wide.

  • 25 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $48M, $30M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers, Patriots, Falcons, Giants, Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The Atlanta Falcons have franchise tagged TE Kyle Pitts, per Ian Rapoport.

He will not hit the open market and is set to make over $15M guaranteed in 2026.

  1. Jaelan Phillips - EDGE rusher

Phillips has always produced when he's been on the field. This contract projection for a player of his caliber might be a bit low, but he might get paid even less. Phillips nearly medically retired in college, and has torn his ACL and achilles when he was in Miami. A great player and arguably great injury risk.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $88M, $50M guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Commanders, Bengals, Ravens, Eagles

UPDATE: ✅

The Carolina Panthers have agreed to a deal with EDGE Jaelan Phillips, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 4 years, $120M, with $80M in guarantees.

  1. Mike Evans - Wide Receiver

The 1,000 yard streak has come to an end after playing just 8 games in 2025. Evans is still good enough at 33 to make a solid buck, but I can't see him leaving Tampa, he's a franchise legend. His contested catch ability and physical presence on the outside is outstanding.

  • 33 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $46M, $25M guaranteed

  • Teams: 49ers, Buccaneers, Ravens, Giants, Bills

UPDATE: ✅

The San Francisco 49ers have agreed to a deal with WR Mike Evans, per Dianna Russini.

The contract is for 3 years, $42.4M, with $16.3M guaranteed.

  1. Tariq Woolen - Cornerback

Woolen's career got off to a hot start, with highlight speed and league leading 6 INTs. It's been a bit rocky, with less than ideal tackling ability and physicality, in addition to poor ball tracking skills(despite being a former receiver). But Woolen's a good cover guy who just played on an elite, Super Bowl defense. He's getting his money.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $56M, $36M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Seahawks, Bengals, Rams, Ravens, Dolphins

UPDATE: ✅

The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to a deal with CB Tariq Woolen, per Cam Wolfe.

The contract is for 1 year, $15M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Joey Bosa - EDGE rusher

There's a chance Bosa is in the stage of his career where he's just signing one year deals, but he still has the ability to be a great presence on the edge. His pass rush IQ is fantastic, with recognition and hand placement. Bosa still wreaks havoc.

  • 31 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $28M, $20M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers, Commanders, 49ers, Patriots, Ravens, Bills

  1. Javonte Williams - Running Back

Williams is still incredibly young, and multiple years removed from his major knee injury, he had the best season of his career. Williams is a hard runner who has gotten his burst back and is capable of being the lead back for many NFL teams.

  • 26 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $30M, $14M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Cardinals, Texans, Cowboys

UPDATE: ✅

The Dallas Cowboys have agreed to an extension with RB Javonte Williams, per Ian Rapoport.

He will not hit the open market and the contract is for 3 years, $24M, with $16M guaranteed.

  1. Kevin Byard - Safety

Byard had a nice pair of seasons in Chicago. There may not be any other player you'd rather have roaming deep in your defensive backfield than Byard since he entered the league in 2016. The All-Pro added another 7 INTs to his career total this season.

  • 33 years old

  • Contract: 1 year, $10M, $10M guaranteed

  • Teams: Bears, Commanders, Steelers, Bengals

UPDATE: ✅

The New England Patriots have agreed to a deal with S Kevin Byard, per Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 1 year, $9M.

  1. Alex Singleton - Linebacker

Singleton has simply been solid at MIKE for Denver for years. He's solid sized, a solid mover, and a tackling machine. A potential issue is that he's 32 and tore his ACL in 2024, then proceeded to have a "down" year, albeit he was still solid. A prototypical MLB that a team who's lacking would love to slide in as a veteran starter.

  • 32 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $17M, $10M guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Raiders, Bengals, Rams, Broncos

UPDATE: ✅

The Denver Broncos have agreed to an extension with LB Alex Singleton, per Zac Stevens.

The contract is for 2 years, $15.5M, with $11M guaranteed.

  1. Bryan Cook - Safety

Cook is a talented safety with solid range. He's probably better up top rather than playing close to the line of scrimmage. He's started 47 games for the Chiefs in his career. Cooks' downhill speed into his tackling ability is a great addition to any defense. A real safe option on the backend.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $56M, $32M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, 49ers, Bengals, Rams, Ravens, Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to a deal with S Bryan Cook, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 3 years, $40.25M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Leo Chenal - Linebacker

Chenal has arguably been the best backer in KC, despite not being the on to get extended. Chenal is a very good mover, in coverage and coming downhill. Another backer that is simply a solid addition to any defense, and many have a hole at this spot.

  • 25 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $60M, $36M guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Bengals, Rams, Steelers, Lions, Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The Washington Commanders have agreed to a deal with LB Leo Chenal, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 3 years, $24.75M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Nick Cross - Safety

Cross is still so young, and has started every game the last 2 seasons. He has good movement in coverage, but plays better near the line of scrimmage. Despite a slighter frame, Cross is great at getting off blocks and making plays near the LOS.

  • 24 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $54M, $30M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Commanders, Bengals, Rams, 49ers, Colts, Cowboys

UPDATE: ✅

The Washington Commanders have agreed to a deal with S Nick Cross, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 2 years, $14M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Malik Willis - Quarterback

Willis was sent to Green Bay to be a backup, and ended up getting to start 3 games. His pre-draft hype came back around with his performances during those games. Willis showed his solid arm and incredible downfield accuracy. I was most surprised with how well he handled a pocket, and his ridiculous acceleration. A team is bound to take a chance on him, despite the low number of starts and not having to truly carry a load in a game.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $40M, $25M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Steelers, Cardinals, Colts, Falcons, Dolphins

UPDATE: ✅

The Miami Dolphins have agreed to a deal with QB Malik Willis, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 3 years, $67.5M, with $45M guaranteed.

  1. Montaric Brown - Cornerback

Brown is a bit of a breakout player, who started some games in 2024, before ending up solidifying a starting role in 2025. He's best in a zone role, a solid coverage man who is able to hold his own in the run and screen game. Some lucky fanbase will be shocked when Brown gets paid the amount he does.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $50M, $18M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Jets, Bengals, Rams, Buccaneers, Ravens

UPDATE: ✅

The Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to an extension with CB Montaric Brown, per Tom Pelissero.

He will not hit the open market and the contract is for 3 years, $33M, unknown guarantees.

  1. Connor McGovern - Center

Started the past two seasons at center in Buffalo, McGovern has experience at guard as well. Signing a 28 year old Pro Bowler with nearly 5 seasons of starting experience is an increbible get for any team. McGovern is a fantastic anchor on the interior.

  • 28 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $52M, $32M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Chargers, 49ers, Ravens, Bills

UPDATE: ✅

The Buffalo Bills have agreed to an extension with C Connor McGovern, per Adam Schefter.

He will not hit the open market and the contract is for 4 years, $52M, with $32M guaranteed.

  1. Jermaine Eluemenor - Right Tackle

Eluemenor has started for 4 straight years at RT and has become an incredibly solid pass protector. The question of his contract size comes down to age. It likely won't be an issue, as he's on 31 and is an offensive lineman. Eluemenor may be a priority target for some teams.

  • 31 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $42M, $24M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Cardinals Giants, Browns

UPDATE: ✅

The New York Giants have agreed to an extension with RT Jermaine Eluemenor, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 3 years, $39M, with $26M guaranteed.

  1. Braden Smith - Right Tackle

Smith has 105 career starts at RT. He's already gotten one big-time contract, and he's essentially due for another. A stalwart might be an exaggeration, but Smith has been a rock on the right side for Indianapolis for years. Again, this tackle is a priority free agent for any team with a hole.

  • 30 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $64M, $40M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Colts, Cardinals, Browns

UPDATE: ✅

The Houston Texans have agreed to a deal with RT Braden Smith, per Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 2 years, $25M, with $13.5M guaranteed.

  1. Dre'Mont Jones - Defensive End

Jones is scheme-flexible, but better when pass rushing from the interior. Athletic at his size, Jones has put together productive seasons as a rotator on the DL. We'll see if he's due for another solid sized contract as a free agent.

  • 29 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $36M, $12M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Commanders, Ravens

UPDATE: ✅

The New England Patriots have agreed to a deal with DE Dre'Mont Jones, per Ian Rapoport.

The deal is for 3 years, $39.5M, unknown guarantees.

  1. Jaquan Brisker - Safety

Brisker has started every game of his four year career and is a versatile backend piece. Brisker has typically played close to the line of scrimmage in Chicago, but does have some flexibility in coverage. He's a great tackler coming downhill and will get paid.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $45M, $32M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, Bengals, Bears, Cowboys

UPDATE: ✅

The Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to a deal with S Jaquan Brisker, per Mike Garafolo.

The contract is for 1 year, $5.5M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Romeo Doubs - Wide Receiver

Doubs is coming off a career year, with his most production and eliminating his drops. A guy who can take on contact and do some dirty work, Doubs is a nice addition to the perimeter of any offense.

  • 26 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $51M, $33M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Jets, Steelers, 49ers, Ravens

UPDATE: ✅

The New England Patriots have agreed to a deal with WR Romeo Doubs, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 4 years, $70M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Kenneth Gainwell - Running Back

Gainwell received a bigger role in Pittsburgh this season and was incredible, hitting career highs in attempts, yards, TDs, ypc, targets, receptions, and receiving yards and TDs. At worst, Gainwell is one of the better "3rd down" back in the NFL. A great weapon as a receivier, whether running routes or as a checkdown option, Gainwell is also tough in pass protection.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $16M, $12M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Commanders, Steelers, Cardinals, Panthers

UPDATE: ✅

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to a deal with RB Kenneth Gainwell, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 2 years, $14M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Lavonte David - Linebacker

One of the most unheralded players of this generation, David is a complete linebacker, even at this age. The Super Bowl champ has definitely lost a step, but he's still a strong tackler and incredibly intelligent in the way he moves. I'd be surprised if he leaves Tampa, but the he would be a great addition to many squads.

  • 36 years old

  • Contract: 1 years, $8M, $8M guaranteed

  • Teams: Bengals, Rams, Buccaneers

  1. Aaron Rodgers - Quarterback

The future Hall of Famer has one more run in him...maybe? I don't even know if Rodgers should be on this list, but he wasn't a bad QB. He got rid of the ball quickly, which may have limited the Pittsburgh offense, but Rodgers was still accurate and has his great arm. We shall see.

  • 42 years old

  • Contract: 1 years, $10M, $10M guaranteed

  • Teams: Steelers

  1. Nakobe Dean - Linebacker

Dean has shown the ability to be a solid LB in his career, and as I have alluded to, finding a good LB is necessary, even if you need to overpay. Dean dropped in his draft due to an injury concerns, and has had lisfranc surgery and knee surgery in separate seasons. Dean's a bully coming downhill, with 7 sacks the last two seasons. He's worth the money.

  • 25 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $58M, $32M guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Raiders, Bengals, Rams, Buccaneers

UPDATE: ✅

The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to a deal with LB Nakobe Dean, per Mike Garafolo.

The contract is for 3 years, $36M, with $20M guaranteed.

  1. Kaden Elliss - Linebacker

Need to upgrade the run defense? Give this veteran a contract. Elliss is clean coming downhill, a solid tackler and blitzer. Just a very good backer, a plug and play 1000 snap guy for any team. A bit older and not as quick twitched, which may limit his earnings, but he's worth the money.

  • 31 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $22M, $14M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Bengals, Rams, 49ers, Falcons, Buccaneers

UPDATE: ✅

The New Orleans Saints have agreed to a deal with LB Kaden Elliss, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 3 years, $33M, with $23M guaranteed.

  1. Nahshon Wright - Cornerback

A breakout year in his first year as starter, Wright snagged 5 INTs. He has undeniable ball skills and is extremely athletic. Wright is definitely susceptible to being targeted. He's not completely lockdown, giving up 50 receptions for 700 yards, but with that comes turnovers.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $42M, $22M guaranteed

  • Teams: Bengals, Rams, Buccaneers, Cardinals, Bears

UPDATE: ✅

The New York Jets have agreed to a deal with CB Nahshon Wright, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 1 year, $5.5M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Jauan Jennings - Wide Receiver

Jennings is a bigger body WR, lacking some explosiveness and speed. Despite this, he can play inside and out, has strong hands, can create enough separation, and is surprisingly good after the catch. Jennings found a bigger role the past two seasons and his production skyrocketed.

  • 29 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $48M, $28M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Jets, 49ers, Ravens, Panthers

  1. Wan'Dale Robinson - Wide Receiver

Similar to Jennings, Robinson found a bigger role the past two seasons. A slot guy, he's gotten 140 targets the past two seasons, eclipsing 1000 yards in 2025. He's a reliable guy in the slot that has the ability to create explosives. Wan'Dale will get his payday.

  • 25 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $42M, $27M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Steelers, 49ers, Broncos, Panthers

UPDATE: ✅

The Tennessee Titans have agreed to a deal with WR Wan'Dale Robinson, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 4 years, $78M, with $38M guaranteed.

  1. Cor'Dale Flott - Cornerback

Flott's play took an even bigger jump in 2025 as a full-time starter. A slimmer corner, Flott is mainly a cover guy, not overly involved in the run game. He should be able to fit in any scheme, and is an upgrade for most teams' corner rooms.

  • 25 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $64M, $34M guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Bengals, Rams, Buccaneers, Ravens, Giants, Packers, Dolphins

UPDATE: ✅

The Tennessee Titans have agreed to a deal with CB Cor'Dale Flott, per Mike Garafolo.

The contract is for 3 years, $45M, with $32M guaranteed.

  1. Kwity Paye - EDGE Rusher

Paye has been a solid edge over his career, but the former 1st round pick has never broke through to elite fashion. However, he's still a very capable starter(74 career starts) and is well rounded. There's not a hole in his game, and due to this, he'll likely get a big payday.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $70M, $45M guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Commanders, Bengals, Ravens, Panthers

UPDATE: ✅

The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to a contract with EDGE Kwity Paye, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 3 years, $48M, with $32M in guarantees.

  1. Jaylinn Hawkins - Safety

Hawkins re-discovered a starting spot in the NFL and played extremely well. A safe option on the backend who is primarily a deep coverage guy. But Hawkins' solid size allows him to play near the line of scrimmage and take on contact.

  • 29 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $30M, $18M guaranteed

  • Teams: Patriots, 49ers, Eagles

UPDATE: ✅

The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to a deal with S Jaylinn Hawkins, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 2 years, $10M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Malcolm Koonce - EDGE Rusher

Koonce's first season back from his 2024 ACL tear was solid. He broke out in 2023 prior to tearing his knee, so I believe that star level player still exists. I'm also a firm believer of a multi-year rule when players are returning from major surgeries. Koonce was still productive last year, with 4 sacks on 38 pressures. He should get paid.

  • 28 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $76M, $48M guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Raiders, Commanders, Seahawks, 49ers

UPDATE: ✅

The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to an extension with EDGE Malcolm Koonce, per Josina Anderson.

The contract is for 1 year, $11M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Boye Mafe - EDGE Rusher

Mafe will get big money on account of his size, athleticism, and the fact that he played 600 snaps on a Super Bowl winning defense. Mafe's production dipped last season, but he still played well and has shown the ability to produce in the pass rush in the past.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $80M, $54M guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Raiders, Commanders, Seahawks, 49ers, Bills

UPDATE: ✅

The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to a deal with EDGE Boye Mafe, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 3 years, $60M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Kam Curl - Safety

Curl will be going into Year 7, with 86 starts under his belt, all while turning 27 years old in the offseason. Curl's size typically has him closer to the line of scrimmage, but he can line up anywhere. Another decent option to add to the backend of your defense, Curl isn't necessarily a gamechanger, but a solid safety.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $32M, $16M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Jets, Bengals, Steelers, Rams, 49ers, Patriots, Ravens, Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The Los Angeles Rams have agreed to an extension with S Kam Curl, per ESPN.

He will not hit the open market and the contract is for 3 years, $36M, with $24M guaranteed.

  1. Jamel Dean - Cornerback

Dean is a Super Bowl champion who has essentially started for his entire 7 year career. He had an underrated season this season in coverage, story of his career really. Some team will get a very good cover corner, even as he gets a bit older.

  • 29 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $50M, $32M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Buccaneers, Packers, Ravens, Dolphins

UPDATE: ✅

The Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to a deal with CB Jamel Dean, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 3 years, $36.75M, guarantees unknown.

  1. K'Lavon Chaisson - EDGE Rusher

Chaisson finally broke out, in an even bigger way than last year. He's put on size over his career, but his athleticism remains his main trait. His pass rush production last season in New England was borderline elite. Adding a great pass rusher is something every team is looking for.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $51M, $35M guaranteed

  • Teams: Eagles, Panthers, Ravens, Dolphins, Buccaneers

UPDATE: ✅

The Washington Commanders have agreed to a deal with EDGE K'Lavon Chaisson, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 1 year, $12M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Cade Otton - Tight End

Otton has put up consistent production since he walked into the NFL, and I expect this to get him paid right towards where many TE extensions land. Otton is an extremely capable blocker and is a simple, solid solution to any teams' TE problem.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $48M, $22M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers, Rams, Buccaneers, Chiefs, Giants

UPDATE: ✅

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to an extension with TE Cade Otton, per Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 3 years, $30M, with $20M guaranteed.

  1. Alijah Vera-Tucker - Offensive Guard

Vera-Tucker is really a Pro Bowl level guard, and has been since he entered the league. He missed the entire season due to a torn triceps. AVT has also missed time due to another torn triceps and a torn achilles. A great player, the question becomes how much money is a team willing to commit to him?

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $36M, $10M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Jets, 49ers, Bengals

UPDATE: ✅

The New England Patriots have agreed to a deal with OG Alijah Vera-Tucker, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 3 years, $48M, with $21M guaranteed.

  1. Odafe Oweh - EDGE Rusher

Oweh is an athletic freak on the edge and has upped his production the past two seasons. A 10 sack 2024, but a slow start to 2025 got him shipped to LAC where he had 10.5 sacks in 13 games. He's explosive off the edge but is far from a pass rush specialist. Great player who should get a big payday.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $76M, $50M guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Raiders, Commanders, Seahawks, 49ers, Ravens, Chargers

UPDATE: ✅

The Washington Commanders have agreed to a contract with EDGE Odafe Oweh, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 4 years, $100M, with $68M guaranteed.

  1. D.J. Reader - Defensive Tackle

Reader has undoubtedly gotten older, but it still an incredibly solid man in the middle. A plug and play to upgrade any run defense. Reader's age limits his potential earnings, but I think he's still a great option to plant in the middle of your DL.

  • 32 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $12M, $8M guaranteed

  • Teams: Every team. Chargers

  1. Rashid Shaheed - Wide Receiver

Shaheed is a deep threat specialist and a really good return man coming off a Super Bowl run thanks to a midseason trade to Seattle. He actually experienced career low receiving production 12 games, but flashed his All-Pro return ability. At the minimum, adding Shaheed to your team gives you a guy to stretch the defense and a great returner.

  • 28 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $22M, $12M guaranteed

  • Teams: Seahawks, 49ers, Falcons, Browns, Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The Seattle Seahawks have agreed to an extension with WR Rashid Shaheed, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 3 years, $51M, with $34M in guarantees.

  1. John Simpson - Offensive Guard

Simpson has now 17 games in three straight seasons. A wall at the guard spot, Simpson is a solid veteran option to upgrade the position. Being apart of one of the best run blocking OLs in the NFL last season, Simpson should have a market, still only 29 years old.

  • 29 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $30M, $16M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Chargers, Jets, Patriots

UPDATE: ✅

The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to a deal with LG John Simpson, per Mike Garafolo.

The contract is for 3 years, $30M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Deebo Samuel - Wide Receiver

Deebo still has it. His efficiency took a bit of a hit in Washington last season because of how he was used, and he may not have that S tier burst anymore, but Deebo can still thrive in an offensive role. A great YAC complement is needed in any offense.

  • 30 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $28M, $20M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Jets, Commanders, Steelers, Broncos, Ravens, Browns

  1. Sheldon Rankins - Defensive Tackle

Saying Rankins had a career year in 2025 would be disrespectful to the rest of his career, but it was pretty close. Rankins is incredibly firm in the run game, not only being able to hold his spot but being able to move the guards in front of him. He was solid in pass rush this year as well, still so quick.

  • 32 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $16M, $12M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, 49ers, Broncos, Texans

UPDATE: ✅

The Houston Texans have agreed to an extension with DT Sheldon Rankins, per Mike Garafolo.

He will not hit the open market and the contract is for 2 years, $12M, full guaranteed.

  1. David Njoku - Tight End

Njoku is somehow 30 years old. His freaky athleticism holds and he is still an absolute weapon in the redzone. Whether as TE1 or a passing game complement, Njoku is an excellent addition for any offense. His market will likely be just below the typical TE extension range due to age.

  • 30 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $33M, $14M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers, Jets, Commanders, Patriots, Broncos, Eagles, Giants, Chiefs

  1. A.J. Epenesa - EDGE Rusher

Epenesa has always been a solid player, but it seems evident that he may not have a higher ceiling. But a former top pick, who is well rounded and boasts a massive frame, is likely to get a good sized contract.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $54M, $38M guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Commanders, Eagles, Bills

  1. Alex Anzalone - Linebacker

Another LB that can immediately upgrade your defense. A tackling machine that has great instincts around the line of scrimmage, it seems Anzalone will be departing from Detroit.

  • 30 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $16M, $12M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Jets, Bengals, Rams, Buccaneers

UPDATE: ✅

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to a deal with LB Alex Anzalone, per Mike Garafolo.

The contract is for 2 years, $17M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Logan Hall - Interior Defensive Lineman

It would be nice if Hall reached his potential as an interior rusher, but he's still useful in that role. A solid guy who can play lots of snaps, I'm curious to see where his market lands as a former 33rd overall pick.

  • 26 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $64M, $36M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers, Broncos, Falcons, Buccaneers

UPDATE: ✅

The Houston Texans have agreed to a deal with IDL Logan Hall, per Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 2 years, $14M, guarantees unknown.

  1. J.K. Dobbins - Running Back

Injuries have killed a great RB career. Dobbins had a fantastic bounceback in 2024 before signing another 1 year deal, this time in Denver, where he continued his great comeback story. But needing surgery on his foot midseason may damage his market, despite being such a great back.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $20M, $8M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, Broncos, Texans, Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The Denver Broncos have agreed to an extension with RB JK Dobbins, per himself.

The deal is reportedly for 2 years, $20M, with $8M guaranteed.

  1. Cobie Durant - Cornerback

Durant's a bit of a smaller corner who isn't very physical, so I wouldn't be shocked if he doesn't get this projected contract. But he was pretty solid in coverage the last two seasons and plays the ball fairly well. Teams are always desperate to upgrade their CB room.

  • 28 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $46M, $30M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Rams, Falcons, Dolphins, Packers

UPDATE: ✅

The Dallas Cowboys have agreed to a deal with CB Cobie Durant, per the Cowboys.

The contract is for 1 year, terms unknown.

  1. Cade Mays - Center

Mays got the most action of his career in 2025, starting 12 games at center. He's a massive man(6'6, 325lbs) and moves quite well in the run game. Mays will likely be a top target for any team to miss out on Linderbaum.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $30M, $20M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Chargers, Rams, 49ers, Patriots, Panthers, Browns, Lions

UPDATE: ✅

The Detroit Lions have agreed to a deal with C Cade Mays, per Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 3 years, $24M, $13M guaranteed.

  1. Tyler Allgeier - Running Back

Allgeier has been a backup behind an All-Pro since running for 1000 yards in his rookie season. An absolute beast with the ball in his hands, Allgeier is great in short yardage and has the burst to get downhill.

  • 26 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $18M, $13M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Cardinals, Broncos, Texans, Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The Arizona Cardinals have agreed to a deal with RB Tyler Allgeier, per Mike Garafolo.

The contract is for 2 years, $12.25M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Leonard Floyd - EDGE Rusher

Even though Floyd is more of a one year contract type of guy at this stage, he's still a fantastic rotational option on the edge. He's totaled 22.5 sacks over the last 3 seasons.

  • 34 years old

  • Contract: 1 years, $10M, $8M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers, Commanders, Falcons, Buccaneers, Bills

  1. Isaac Seumalo - Left Guard

Seumalo has put together 4 straight seasons of solid guard play in two different cities. Strength and athleticism from the veteran gives teams a great veteran option in free agency that should age well.

  • 32 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $19M, $10M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Chargers, Steelers, Rams, 49ers, Patriots, Ravens, Eagles

UPDATE: ✅

The Arizona Cardinals have agreed to a deal with LG Isaac Seumalo, per Jeremy Fowler.

The contract is for 3 years, $31.5M, with $19M guaranteed.

  1. Josh Jobe - Cornerback

Jobe had a career year in Seattle, starting 15 games. He's not the greatest tackler, but Jobe is a physical corner who it good at the catch point, with 12 pass breakups last season. An excellent option, that you can likely get for cheaper, to upgrade your secondary.

  • 28 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $36M, $16M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Seahawks, Bengals, Dolphins, Eagles, Ravens

UPDATE: ✅

The Seattle Seahawks have agreed to an extension with CB Josh Jobe, per Jordan Schultz.

The contract is for 3 years, $24M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Zion Johnson - Left Guard

Johnson may have a bad rap due to the horrific play of the Chargers' OL, but the young guard will get paid this offseason. He has underrated athleticism, that will likely thrive in a more modern run scheme opposed to Greg Roman's.

  • 26 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $60M, $28M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Chargers, 49ers, Ravens, Texans

UPDATE: ✅

The Cleveland Browns have agreed to a contract with LG Zion Johnson, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 3 years, $49.5M, with $32.4M guaranteed.

  1. Joseph Ossai - EDGE Rusher

Ossai has had a pair of very solid seasons over the last two years off the edge. He's a high end, 3 down rotator on any defense. His payday will be decent as he immediately raises the floor of a defense.

  • 26 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $46M, $28M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Chargers, Bengals, Buccaneers, Ravens, Panthers

UPDATE: ✅

The New York Jets have agreed to a deal with EDGE Joseph Ossai, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 3 years, $36M, with $22.5M guaranteed.

  1. Luke Fortner - Center

Fortner found his way to NOLA last season and ended up starting 10 games due to injuries to Pro Bowler Erik McCoy. Fortner was incredibly solid and likely has earned himself the payday of a starting center. A good mover, Fortner is also rock solid in pass pro assignments.

  • 28 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $28M, $20M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Chargers, Bengals, Rams, Patriots, Texans

UPDATE: ✅

The Carolina Panthers have agreed to a deal with C Luke Fortner, per Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 1 year, $4.75M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Demario Davis - Linebacker

I don't know if Davis still has super high level play within him, but a return to New Orleans or sticking the veteran All-Pro onto a team that needs an upgrade at LB will still be an upgrade. He's a great tackler and is one of the most intelligent guys in the game.

  • 37 years old

  • Contract: 1 years, $8M, $8M guaranteed

  • Teams: Titans, Rams, Saints

UPDATE: ✅

The New York Jets have agreed to a deal with LB Demario Davis, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 2 years, $22M, with $15M guaranteed.

  1. Travis Kelce - Tight End

After a down 2024, Kelce wasn't even that bad last season. His bit of extra sudden burst has diminished, but his chemistry with Patrick Mahomes alone makes him a productive TE. The question is really up if he wants to return.

  • 36 years old

  • Contract: 1 years, $14M, $14M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to an extension with TE Travis Kelce, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 1 year, $15M, with $12M guaranteed.

  1. Christian Kirk - Wide Receiver

C. Kirk's production hit rock bottom last season, but he showed in the Wild Card round(his only game with at least 9 targets) that he can still be an incredibly good option in the receiving game. If you want to fill a hole in your receiver room for cheap, Kirk might be the top place to look.

  • 29 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $20M, $12M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Steelers, Panthers, Bills

UPDATE: ✅

The San Francisco 49ers have agreed to a deal with WR Christian Kirk, per Jordan Schultz.

The contract is for 1 year, $6m, guarantees unknown.

  1. Charlie Kolar - Tight End

The best blocking TE in the NFL? Kolar has just 30 career receptions, but he's a dominant blocker, and these guys have gotten paid recently. A massive 6'6, 265lbs, Kolar can matchup with any defensive player. And he's not a bad option in the pass game, just not a number 1.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $25M, $16M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers, Ravens, 49ers

UPDATE: ✅

The Los Angeles Chargers have agreed to a deal with TE Charlie Kolar, per the Insiders.

The contract is for 3 years, $24.3M, with $17M guaranteed.

  1. David Onyemata - Defensive Tackle

Onyemata, another great veteran option at DT. A massive inside presence, Onyemata will upgrade your run defense, but can stay in base packages to pass rush.

  • 33 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $11M, $8M guaranteed

  • Teams: 49ers, Cardinals, Broncos, Falcons, Packers

UPDATE: ✅

The New York Jets have agreed to a deal with DT David Onyemata, per Mike Garafolo.

The contract is for 1 year, $10.5M, with $9.65M guaranteed.

  1. Justin Strnad - Linebacker

Strnad's been a bit buried on Denver's depth chart, but deserves a full-time role at WILL. Fantastic coming downhill, Strnad can be used as an effective blitzer. Another backer that upgrades the many LB desperate teams.

  • 30 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $20M, $12M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Jets, Bengals, Steelers, Rams, Buccaneers, Panthers

UPDATE: ✅

The Denver Broncos have agreed to an extension with LB Justin Strnad, per James Palmer.

He will not hit the open market and the contract is for 3 years, $18M, with $10M in guarantees.

  1. Jalen Nailor - Wide Receiver

An exciting WR, Nailor has escaped the "small slot" archetype in my opinion. He plays bigger than his 5'10, 195lb frame, with the ability to catch through contact. Nailor can stretch the field, be a YAC threat, and is reliable over the middle. Potentially a solid WR2 at this stage of his career.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $39M, $22M guaranteed

  • Teams: Steelers, 49ers, Falcons, Panthers, Vikings

UPDATE: ✅

The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to a deal with WR Jalen Nailor, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 3 years, $35M, with $23M guaranteed.

  1. Chig Okonkwo - Tight End

Okonkwo has been productive since coming into the league. He's fantastic after the catch, being able to run through tacklers despite being a smaller TE. A non-dominant blocker and not the prototypical redzone threat limits his earnings, but a great addition for any team looking for a starting TE.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $27M, $18M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers, Jets, 49ers, Broncos, Giants, Chiefs

UPDATE: ✅

The Washington Commanders have agreed to a deal with TE Chig Okonkwo, per the Insiders.

The contract is for 3 years, $30M, guarantees unknown.

  1. David Edwards - Left Guard

4 total seasons of starting experience, Edwards was apart of one of the better OLs in Buffalo for the past two seasons. Edwards is another plug and play guy for any system, and automatic starter at guard. Buffalo should bring him back at this price, especially if their starting center may walk.

  • 29 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $24M, $14M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Chargers, Ravens, Bills

UPDATE: ✅

The New Orleans Saints have agreed to a contract with LG David Edwards, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 4 years, $61M, with $45M guaranteed.

  1. C.J. Gardner-Johnson - Defensive Back

CJGJ was an outcast last season, getting traded to Houston, where he was inexplicably cut after Week 2, to Baltimore's practice squad, where he was again released, before finally landing in Chicago. He was thrust into starting snaps due to injuries in the Bears secondary, flexing between a true safety and a slot corner. Gardner-Johnson brings lots of versatility to a secondary and is still a very good player who can impact your defense.

  • 28 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $19M, $8M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, Ravens, Rams, Bears

UPDATE: ✅

The Buffalo Bills have agreed to a deal with DB Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 1 year, $6M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Rico Dowdle - Running Back

Dowdle had his hot streak last season, but came back to reality for the most part. He did show what he was capable in that stretch. Dowdle can carry a large workload. He can contribute to the receiving game, but in an ideal world that's not his role.

  • 28 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $14M, $6M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, Cardinals, Broncos, Texans, Jaguars

UPDATE: ✅

The Pittsburgh Steelers are signing RB Rico Dowdle, per Jordan Schultz.

The contract is for 2 years, $12.25M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Rasheed Walker - Left Tackle

A full-time start for 3 straight years, Walker will be a coveted free agent. He's far from perfect, with a not overly strong punch and feet that are far from ideal. But starting experience and not being a liability on an island results in starting LT money on the free agent market.

  • 26 years old

  • Contract: 4 years, $72M, $34M guaranteed

  • Teams: Steelers, Packers, Dolphins, Lions, Browns

UPDATE: ✅

The Carolina Panthers have agreed to a deal with LT Rasheed Walker, per Cam Wolfe.

The contract is for 1 year, $10m, guarantees unknown.

  1. Alohi Gilman - Safety

Gilman is a flawed safety, missing a few too many tackles and not being overly rangy in coverage. But with 3 seasons of starting experience, Gilman is more than capable in different roles in the defensive backfield. And he finds himself around the ball. Another starting DB available.

  • 28 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $31M, $20M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Commanders, Bengals, Buccaneers, Cowboys

UPDATE: ✅

The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to a deal with S Alohi Gilman, per Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 3 years, $24.75M, with $15M guaranteed.

  1. Asante Samuel - Cornerback

Samuel's season got a late start thanks to a neck injury, but once he attached himself to Pittsburgh he became a starter again. He should have a selective market, but may have to settle for another short-term deal. He's a double digit PBU and multi INT guy whenever he plays a majority season.

  • 26 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $28M, $14M guaranteed

  • Teams: Steelers, Eagles

UPDATE: ✅

The Pittsburgh have agreed to an extension with CB Asante Samuel, per Ian Rapoport.

He will not hit the open market and the contract is for 1 year, $4M, fully guaranteed.

  1. Rachaad White - Running back

The pinnacle of a 3rd down back, White has caught 90% of his career targets(205/230). He's a solid runner, but in a perfect world he's not getting all the early down carries.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $12M, $7M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, Raiders

UPDATE: ✅

The Washington Commanders have agreed to a deal with RB Rachaad White, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 1 year, terms unknown.

  1. Alontae Taylor - Cornerback

Taylor has found his spot as a solid nickel corner in the NFL, flying around to the ball and being a strong blitzer. He also has 52 career pass breakups(13 per year). Missed tackles and imperfect coverage put a dent into that number, but Taylor is a solid addition to NFL teams seeking a havoc guy in the slot.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $36M, $22M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Panthers, Dolphins

UPDATE: ✅

The Tennessee Titans have agreed to a deal with NB Alontae Taylor, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 3 years, $60M, with $42M guaranteed.

  1. Keenan Allen - Wide Receiver

Allen has undoubtedly slowed down, but he's still a very reliable slot target late in his career. I don't love his fit with the Chargers, but at the same time, I can't see him playing anywhere else again.

  • 34 years old

  • Contract: 1 years, $5M, $5M guaranteed

  • Teams: Chargers

  1. Kyle Dugger - Safety

I don't know how Kyle Dugger is already this old, but here we are. Dugger has started since his rookie year, but was shipped out of town. He rebounded well in Pittsburgh and will be able to find another starting opportunity.

  • 30 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $16M, $6M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, Steelers, Eagles, Cowboys

  1. Andrew Wingard - Safety

Wingard finally found a full-time role again in 2025. This is a starting safety who finds the ball no matter where he's lined up on the field.

  • 29 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $21M, $8M guaranteed

  • Teams: Commanders, Ravens, Eagles, Jaguars

UPDATE: ✅

The Arizona Cardinals have agreed to a deal with S Andrew Wingard, per Jeremy Fowler.

The contract is for 1 year, $4M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Al-Quadin Muhammad - EDGE Rusher

Muhammad has had a late career breakout once he landed in Detroit in 2024. His pressure rate is through the roof, and he landed 11 sacks last season. He thrives in a rotational role, but he has the size and strength to operate on all 3 downs.

  • 31 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $17M, $8M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Commanders, Bengals, Bills, Lions

UPDATE: ✅

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to a deal with DE Al-Quadin Muhammad, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 1 year, $6M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Jalen Thompson - Safety

A career starter, Thompson has thrived next to Budda Baker all career, although he hasn't been the best in coverage the past couple seasons. I think his age, combined with his extensive starting experience nets him a nice contract in free agency.

  • 28 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $30M, $18M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Jets, Commanders, Dolphins

UPDATE: ✅

The Dallas Cowboys have agreed to a deal with S Jalen Thompson, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 3 years, $36M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Jonah Williams - Right Tackle

Williams has a bit of an injury history, but has started 74 out of 74 games, at both tackle spots. His performance in the run game is far from elite, perhaps due to the injuries he's suffered. Still a solid overall tackle who is still only 28, he can fill a starting spot for a handful of teams.

  • 28 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $38M, $24M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Cardinals, Lions, Giants

  1. Eric Stokes - Cornerback

The former 1st rounder, who was outstanding as a rookie, had a nice bounceback year 5 seasons later in Las Vegas. Elite speed and decent when the ball arrives, Stokes should see a pay raise this season. Just a matter of whether that's long-term or not.

  • 27 years old

  • Contract: 3 years, $47M, $21M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Bengals, Dolphins, Cowboys, Eagles

UPDATE:✅

The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to an extension with CB Eric Stokes, per Ian Rapoport.

The deal is for 3 years, $30M, with $20M in guarantees.

  1. Vederian Lowe - Offensive Tackle

Lowe looked much better this season in 4 starts than in his full season in 2024. Mostly a left tackle, Lowe has swing tackle ability. Maybe not in this particular market, but I think Lowe held up well enough to earn a longer-term contract on the open market.

  • Contract: 3 years, $42M, $22M guaranteed

  • Teams: Patriots, Browns, Dolphins, Lions

UPDATE: ✅

The San Francisco 49ers have agreed to a deal with OT Vederian Lowe, per Ian Rapoport.

The contract is for 2 years, $12M, with $5.75M guaranteed.

  1. Jadeveon Clowney - EDGE Rusher

Clowney continues to produce in his one year stops around the NFL. The former top pick never reached the elite edge rusher status, but if you told me 13 years ago that Clowney was still putting up 8.5 sacks and pressuring the QB at an 18% rate, I'd say that's a pretty incredible career.

  • Contract: 1 years, $6M, $6M guaranteed

  • Teams: Cowboys, Lions, Panthers, Ravens

  1. Reed Blankenship - Safety

Blankenship's started 46 games the past 3 seasons. A fairly versatile guy on the backend, Blankenship didn't have his best season in 2025, whether coverage or tackling. The former UDFA should be in line to get paid, even in this deep DB free agency group.

  • Contract: 3 years, $27M, $18M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Jets, Commanders, Dolphins, Eagles, Cowboys

UPDATE: ✅

The Houston Texans have agreed to a deal with S Reed Blankenship, per Adam Schefter.

The contract is for 3 years, $24.75M, guarantees unknown.

  1. Elijah Wilkinson - Offensive Tackle

Wilkinson started every game at RT for a great Atlanta run game. At worst, Wilkinson is an solid swing tackle option. Maybe not the best in pass protection, he will still get paid, like any starting tackle on the FA market.

  • 31 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $18M, $10M guaranteed

  • Teams: Raiders, Cardinals, Lions, Chiefs, Falcons

UPDATE: ✅

The Arizona Cardinals have agreed to a deal with OL Elijah Wilkinson, per the Cardinals.

The deal is for 2 years, terms unknown.

  1. Marcus Mariota - Quarterback

Mariota actually put together a really solid season as a backup in Washington, with 8 starts. He uses his legs extremely well and was even a capable passer. I don't know if he'll get a paycheck to be a backup, or take another bridge starting opportunity. Regardless, there will be many calls for Mariota.

  • 32 years old

  • Contract: 2 years, $16M, $12M guaranteed

  • Teams: Jets, Commanders, Colts, Steelers

UPDATE: ✅

The Washington Commanders have agreed to an extension with QB Marcus Mariota, per Tom Pelissero.

The contract is for 1 year, $7M.

Notable Releases:

So that's the list. Let's address some problems.

There are a few names omitted here, specifically the pair of Cleveland Browns guards. To be honest, I had Joel Bitonio pegged for retirement. And Teller, well he didn't end up making the cut. Maybe this is the anti-Browns offense bias getting to me. And I can't totally say I have deep hatred for older guards because of my Seumalo ranking either.

Christian Wilkins didn't play in 2025 for a couple of reasons. If I knew he were healthy and going to play again, he would be quite high on this list. Like, in the top 10. We'll see where his career goes.

Also, again I will apologize for the repetitive "team fits," as I went off of a list that ranked teams by cap space, so naturally the teams towards the top have more room to pay players, and also most have more needs for players.

And, I finalized my list well over a week ago. As I went through my descriptions and fits, I felt as though I wanted to adjust some spots, but in the end I didn't. I went with my initial, off the dome ranking. So hopefully it is somewhat satisfactory.

Let me know who I forgot, what fits are the best, where I went wrong, and who you want your team to sign! The offseason is just beginning!
